How do create an object tree in pimcore?

I want to display my product object in an object tree or sidebar?

Like the car object is displayed in demo.pimcore.fun/admin I want to display my product object in the same way in pimcore skeleton package.

you need to use custom views to add extra section in object tree https://pimcore.com/docs/6.x/Development_Documentation/Objects/Object_Classes/Class_Settings/Custom_Views.html

Thank you for the hint.

I have added 2 sections in the customviews.php

[
“treetype” => “object”,
“name” => “Pneumatics”,
“condition” => NULL,
“icon” => “/bundles/pimcoreadmin/img/flat-white-icons/pimcore-main-icon-product.svg”,
“id” => 7,
“rootfolder” => “/pneumatics”,
“showroot” => FALSE,
“classes” => “”,
“position” => “left”,
“sort” => “3”,
“expanded” => TRUE
],
[
“treetype” => “object”,
“name” => “Pneumatics”,
“icon” => “/bundles/pimcoreadmin/img/flat-white-icons/pimcore-main-icon-product.svg”,
“id” => 8,
“showroot” => FALSE,
“rootfolder” => “/pneumatics/pneumatics”,
“classes” => “45”,
“position” => “left”,
“sort” => “4”,
“expanded” => TRUE
]

But the object doesn’t show on the tree. Should i have do anything, after the update like clear cache?

change the name of the second object and try work for me.

    [
        "treetype" => "object",
        "name" => "Products",
        "condition" => NULL,
        "icon" => "/bundles/pimcoreadmin/img/flat-color-icons/deployment.svg",
        "id" => 1,
        "rootfolder" => "/Product data",
        "showroot" => TRUE,
        "classes" => "",
        "position" => "right",
        "sort" => "1",
        "expanded" => TRUE,
        "joins" => [
        ],
        "where" => ""
    ],
    [
        "treetype" => "object",
        "name" => "Bag",
        "condition" => NULL,
        "icon" => "/bundles/pimcoreadmin/img/flat-color-icons/deployment.svg",
        "id" => 2,
        "rootfolder" => "/Product data/bag",
        "showroot" => TRUE,
        "classes" => "",
        "position" => "right",
        "sort" => "2",
        "expanded" => TRUE,
        "joins" => [
        ],
        "where" => ""
    ],

]

Thank you for your response.

The new object doesn’t show up. I have changed the existing object name and pimcore has accepted the changes, but not the new object.

I have checked the log file and there a lot of deprecated infos like that

[2020-03-16 17:53:53] php.INFO: User Deprecated: The Symfony\Bundle\TwigBundle\Loader\FilesystemLoader class is deprecated since version 4.3 and will be removed in 5.0; use Twig notation for templates instead.

I am starting to work with pimcore and i have no idea why the simple change doesn’t work.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks

Can you posed the hole code of the customview file?
